Portomarin (Zero Day)

I woke up this morning not feeling well and decided I needed a day or two of rest. As I saw and heard the pilgrims leaving, I felt like a kid that’s home sick looking out the window and seeing all the other kids outside playing and wishing I could go out and play with them. Being so close to finishing the Camino in Santiago I know the wise thing to do is rest so I don’t get worse and can finish.

I spent the whole day laying in bed watching movies, and watching and hearing the rain splashing on the window, and thought of laying here in a warm cozy bed as a positive.
